1. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with StorageCone. If you're not happy with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your payment
- This is your first refund request (we allow one refund per customer)
- Your account is in good standing and hasn't violated our Terms of Service
- You purchased a monthly or annual subscription plan
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Add-on purchases made separately from subscription plans
- Additional storage purchased beyond your plan
- Custom branding or premium features purchased individually
- Services where you've already exceeded your fair usage or violated terms
- Subscriptions beyond the 14-day refund window
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@storagecone.com
- Include your account email and order/transaction ID
- Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helps us improve)
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
You can also contact us through your account settings under "Billing & Subscription" where you'll find a "Request Refund" option.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription:
- Within 14 days: You're eligible for a full refund
- After 14 days: No refund will be provided, but you'll retain access until the end of your billing period
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- No cancellation fees are charged
- Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
7. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will maintain access for the entire year you've paid for. We recommend trying our monthly plan first if you're unsure about committing to a full year.
8. Free Trial Conversions
If your free trial converts to a paid subscription, you have 14 days from the first charge date to request a refund. The free trial period itself is not included in the 14-day refund window.
9. Downgrades and Upgrades
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the difference. Upgrades and downgrades do not reset the 14-day refund window.
10. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues or service outages that significantly impact your ability to use StorageCone, please contact our support team immediately. We may offer refunds, credits, or extended service time on a case-by-case basis for extended outages beyond our control.
11. Account Termination by StorageCone
If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide prorated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.
12. Data Retention After Refund
If you receive a refund, your account will be downgraded to the free plan (if available) or closed. Your data will be retained for 30 days to allow you to download your files. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

14. Changes to This Policy
