Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or delete some files to free up space. We won't delete your files automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, and your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.
